Max lives with little brother Tom and O.B. He is still married to Clare who tried to kill him for his money on more than one occasion. He was been warned by O.B many times but he loved her and refused to listen until he actually saw for himself what she was doing.
Max owned the shop after his dad died but recently sold it to the Ashworths and he has also given Clare The Loft to get her out of his and Tom's lives.
Max has never had much luck. His dad, stepmother, sister Dawn and niece Grace have all died in the last few years. His two other sisters Jude and Cindy and stepsister Mandy have all moved away. He has also recently had a heart attack.
Current Storylines:
Max is now trying to get his life back on track but now he's given Clare The Loft he has no income and is struggling for money. With Tom wanting to go on an expensive school trip, Max desperately needs to come up with a way of making some money.
