Nicole is Carrie and Rob's daughter. She had two brothers, Sam and Russ but Sam died when he set fire to The Dog.
She was at Hollyoaks Comp taking her A.S Levels and was good friends with Nancy, Hannah and Sarah. However, after everything that happened with Sam, Nicole was being bullied at school and was unhappy so the family decided to move away.
