Sophie was Mel's twin. She also had a younger brother, Justin. She worked at Evissa and was made deputy manager.
Sophie was the more sensible one of the twins. She was friends with Louise and Russ. She started seeing Russ after Sam's death but Russ was seeing Mercedes behind her back.
Sophie was in The Dog on the night of the fire and although she got out alive, she ended up dying later from the effects.
