Tom is Max's brother and lives with Max and O.B. He is 5 years old.
He hasn't had the best of starts, his mum and dad have both died and sister Mandy has recently moved away. He also ran away from home when he thought he was going to be taken away by Social Services and nearly died himself but was found a couple of days later in the graveyard.
Considering what he has been through he is a happy little boy and he loves Max Mission.
